Refund Policies
Theatre Production (The Little Mermaid JR) Refund Policy
Refund request received by August 28, 2025:
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $100 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received August 29-September 11, 2025
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $200 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received after September 11, 2025
No refunds or credits available
If Upstart Crow cancels a theatre production before the first day of rehearsals, a full refund or credit to the student account will be offered.
Summer Camp Refund Policy
Note: Camps must be paid in full two weeks prior to camp start date of camper will be unenrolled from the camp and replaced with a camper on the waitlist.
Example: If camp begins June 23rd, tuition balance must be paid in full by June 9th.
Refunds requested more than two weeks before scheduled camp date
Example: Camp begins June 23rd and refund request is received no later than June 8th
Eligible for refund of camp tuition paid, less $75 (per student, per week of camp) OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refunds requested two weeks or less before scheduled camp date
Example: Camp begins June 23rd and refund request is received between June 9th and June 22
Eligible for refund of camp tuition paid, less $150 (per student, per week of camp) OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refunds requested on the date camp begins or after:
Example: Camp begins on Monday, June 23rd and a refund request is received on Monday, June 23rd or later.
There are no refunds or credits available once camp is in session.
If Upstart Crow cancels a camp before the first day of programming, a full refund or credit to the student account will be offered.
Summer Stock Theatre Production Refund Policy
Summer Stock Theatre tuition for High School Musical JR must be paid in full by June 30.
Summer Stock Theatre tuition for The Claw must be paid in full by July 28.

Refund request received by June 15, 2025:
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $125 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received June 16-July 13:
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $200 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received after July 13:
No refunds available

Summer Stock (The Claw) Refund Policy:
Refund request received by July 13, 2025:
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $125 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received July 14 - August 10:
Eligible for refund of theatre tuition paid, less $200 OR a credit on your account for the full amount paid to be used for future camp/class/production.
Refund request received after August 10:
No refunds available
If Upstart Crow cancels a theatre production before the first day of rehearsals, a full refund or credit to the student account will be offered.
If you withdraw your student from class more than two weeks before your class begins, a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee will be offered.
If you withdraw your student less than two weeks before your scheduled class begins, we can transfer your tuition to another program offering (depending upon availability), credit your Upstart Crow account for a future class, production, or camp, or process your tuition as a donation.
If Upstart Crow cancels a class before the first day of programming, a full refund of class tuition paid will be offered.
Registration holds a student’s spot in a program, making it unavailable for other students to register for that spot. We hope your class is a great fit, but if after the first day of class, you choose not to continue our staff is happy to switch you into an alternative class within the same session, but we will not issue a refund. After the second class session, we are not able to accommodate class transfers.
